Developing A Brand Identity And Operationalizing Content Creation And Distribution Systems For A Legal Content Strategy Agency (A Case Study)

Client Overview

This client, a content strategy agency for law firms, first hired us to develop their brand. This included a combination of Human-Centered Brand Strategy and Artful Brand Design. After seeing the impact of that work, even though the in-house team already included an Operations Manager and the Owner is herself a Content Marketing Strategist, they brought us on for ongoing Brand Stewardship.

The Challenge

The client needed a reliable partner to help launch the agency’s blog, operationalize the content creation process, produce consistent on-brand visuals, and streamline regular distribution of content to their audience.

The Team

The Solution

  1. Content Systemization: We built a workflow for creating, formatting, and publishing blog posts and respective LinkedIn updates.

  2. Creative Output: In less than a year, we produced 33 blogs, nearly 66 LinkedIn posts, and more than 99 custom graphics to support the brand.

  3. Accountability & Flexibility: Whenever things get hectic, we jump in to help this client stay on track and/or recalibrate to keep the content pipeline flowing.

The Value

Our involvement has allowed the client to focus on running her business and trust that the systems in place will support her in delivering high-quality content that represents the brand in a clear, distinct, and professional fashion.
